My Yoga style is similar to a traditional hatha yoga flow practice, but it is slow and gentle, incorporating movement and breathwork. This Subtle Yoga style supports wellness, resilience, and nervous system regulation. All are welcome. Requires the ability to get down to and up from the floor.Â
